Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a replacement map or return your map for a refund.  

You can always contact us for any return question at mapsbypaige@gmail.com.

Returns
To initiate a return, simply e-mail us at mapsbypaige@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your product. Maps By Paige will generate a shipping label at no cost for your to use for a return. All items should be returned in their original packaging. A refund will be issued once the tracking information indicates that the item has been shipped.

Damages and Errors
If your map arrives damaged, simply send us a brief description of the issue as well as a picture of your damaged map at mapsbypaige@gmail.com, and we will be happy to send you another poster. 

If you find an error on your map or you have been sent the wrong poster, please send us a message describing the error, and Maps By Paige will send you a corrected map.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Maps By Paige does not accept returns of custom products or personalized items. However, if a custom product is damaged, we will be happy to send you another one. Simply send us a brief description of the damage/issue and a photograph of the damage.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
